Alicia Nurse’s journey began on the sunny, vibrant island of Trinidad and Tobago, before making her way to the lively streets of Long Island, New York. She’s a proud graduate of Southern Adventist University with a BA in Communications and later earned her MBA from Strayer University.

From an early age, Alicia discovered her passion for customer service and brand operations. Her journey began while still in college, working for Marriott International, where she quickly developed a deep appreciation for great service. By the age of 22, Alicia made waves as the youngest Assistant General Manager in the Southeast U.S., and her expertise caught the eye of LRA Worldwide Consulting Firm, who hired her on the spot!

In 2013, Alicia made history as the first African American female to be promoted to Senior Business Solutions Analyst at LRA. When LRA was acquired by Deloitte in 2015, Alicia played a pivotal role in launching three multi-million-dollar accounts in hospitality and retail. Her career took her to six continents and 68 countries, working with clients to elevate their customer experience and brand.

Alicia has always had a passion for travel, sharing her adventures with friends and family on social media. It wasn't long before people started asking her for travel advice—where to go, what to see, and how to navigate the overwhelming process of planning the perfect trip. That's when Alicia had her "aha" moment! With years of experience and a love for helping others, she decided to turn her passion into something bigger, founding Strive4 Consulting to help people make their travel dreams come true.

Now, Alicia is on a mission to bring the world to others, making travel easy, exciting, and accessible for everyone!
