Meet the Founder & CEO


Born on the beautiful island of Trinidad and Tobago and raised in Long Island, New York, Alicia Nurse has built a distinguished career in customer service, brand operations, and hospitality consulting. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Southern Adventist University and later obtained her MBA from Strayer University.

From an early age, Nurse discovered her passion for customer experience and brand management. While pursuing her undergraduate studies, she began her career with Marriott International, where she gained invaluable insights into hospitality operations. At just 22, she became the youngest Assistant General Manager in the Southeastern Region of the United States—a testament to her drive and leadership. Recognizing a critical need to elevate customer experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, she was recruited on the spot by LRA Worldwide Consulting Firm.

In 2013, Nurse made history as the first African American female to be promoted to Senior Business Solutions Analyst at LRA. When the firm was acquired by Deloitte in 2015, one of the Big Four consulting firms, she played a key role in launching three multi-million-dollar accounts in the hospitality and retail sectors. Her career has taken her across six continents and 68 countries, where she has helped clients refine their customer experience strategies and strengthen their brands.

Today, Nurse leverages her global expertise to help businesses and organizations reach their full potential in customer experience and brand excellence. And if you’re wondering—she prefers to be called simply “Nurse”!
