Strive4 Consulting was born during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic—a time when businesses everywhere were facing unprecedented operational and financial challenges. Seeing the urgent need for recovery and innovation, our founder Alicia Nurse launched Strive4 Consulting to help businesses in Charlotte and beyond navigate uncertainty and emerge stronger.

With over 15 years of global expertise in hospitality and customer service, Alicia recognized that success depends on more than survival—it depends on strategy, structure, and service. Strive4 was built to deliver all three.
